The Road Ahead Coaching Package is a three-month coaching partnership for individuals, families, and caregivers who want deeper, ongoing support through a complex or evolving season. Together, we create a supportive, coaching-centered space to slow down, make sense of what you are carrying, honor your story, and move forward in a way that feels grounded, authentic, and aligned. Through this partnership, we can: • Clarify your values, priorities, and goals • Organize questions, concerns, information, and next steps • Prepare for appointments, care conversations, and family discussions • Strengthen communication with care teams and loved ones • Support decision-making in a way that feels grounded and aligned • Build confidence as you advocate for yourself or someone you love • Create space for reflection, resilience, and well-being throughout the journey This partnership offers consistent coaching-centered support over time. It does not replace medical care, counseling, case management, or formal patient advocacy. Instead, it helps you stay connected to your own voice, wisdom, and next step as the road ahead unfolds.
