Life changed with one word: cancer.
That diagnosis became a turning point — a powerful awakening to how fragmented our healthcare system can be and how deeply patients and caregivers must navigate it.

But it was also a moment of becoming.
A reweaving.
A reclaiming of the life I imagined.
I began asking new questions, seeking truth and choosing alignment over fear.

That experience reshaped everything — how I lead, how I listen, how I help others find their way.
As a coach, I walk beside people through transitions — not to push through, but to pause, reflect and discover what’s possible when we move from being to becoming.

And it informs my work with healthcare leaders and teams — helping systems reconnect with their purpose and the people they serve.
Because healthcare is personal.
And so is the way it should be delivered.
